Responsibilities
  • Contributes to monitoring and execution of sales expansion and overall sales performance by analyzing customer profiles, current and past budgets, expenses, sales and revenues using business-appropriate technological tools to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Performs market research to identify product and service shortfalls and create new opportunities, considering the customer's state of affairs and competitor's offerings, methods, and approaches.
  • Maintains good business relationships with existing clients and works on expanding the clientele by gathering and analyzing customer profiles, assessing financial risk, and developing sales and marketing proposals to close a sale as often as necessary.
  • Ensures closing of a sale by creating and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to inform, educate, inspire, and create value for customers to motivate their purchase actions.
  • Ensures positive client feedback through initiatives that make each touchpoint across the customer journey engaging, efficient, and effective with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals, thereby expanding the customer base.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A graduate of any four-year course, preferably business-related.
  • Extensive experience in direct selling and/or marketing.
  • Experience in people-heavy environments, focused on serving and anticipating customer needs.
  • Customer-centric with strong leadership, a good team player, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking skills.
