Your key responsibility will be to conduct end-to-end appointment setting processes, ensuring high-quality appointments for financial advisor meetings.
Scope- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Remote work arrangement

- Responsible for appointment setting process

- Conduct cold outreach to potential clients from provided lists
- Qualify prospects according to established parameters
- Schedule quality appointments for financial advisor meetings

- Follow prescribed processes for appointment setting
- Maintain consistent communication within specified time zone
- Track and report on outreach activities and success metrics
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Excellent time management and organization abilities
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication style
- Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred)
