Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Associate I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing onboarding permit drawings, assisting with schematic design and tender package creation, converting point clouds into Revit models, and providing testfit design support as needed.

  • Create and manage onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
