Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished BIM Professional to develop and maintain accurate 3D models for building services, create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries, and collaborate with project teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required
  • Provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries
