About This Role

This position is designed for an intermediate-level accounting professional with a solid foundation in financial management, who enjoys problem-solving and wants to advance within a dynamic organization.


You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, process enhancement, and supporting business operations by:

  • Managing general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Utilizing NetSuite ERP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and process automation.
  • Supporting audit preparation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate coding of transactions and compliance with policies.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial controls.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as an intermediate accountant.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP software.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
