About the Role

As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, handling phone-in and chat enquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle phone-in and chat enquiries with a smile
  • Identify and resolve issues with ease
  • Process reservations and support work efficiently
  • Maintain accurate member accounts
  • Advise on promotions and mechanics
  • Manage feedback and complaints
  • Meet daily KPI requirements
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a college-level professional with at least 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in an international account. Experience in an airline account and GDS system is a plus. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
