
Real Estate Administrative Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our real estate division. Your primary responsibilities will include managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems, as well as assisting in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions.
You will work closely with our transaction coordinators to ensure paperwork is in order and maintain consistent follow-ups and personalized communication with clients after sales.
Key tasks will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support
- Assisting with document preparation and organization
- Collaborating with transaction coordinators
- Maintaining client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
