Product Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the product development process, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing product decisions through data-driven insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and communicate the performance of our products, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Key Metrics Identification: Identify and measure key metrics to assess existing product performance and customer success.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform regular ad-hoc analyses in response to requests from business and product stakeholders.
  • Growth Opportunities Analysis: Work directly with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate the future growth opportunities for our business.
  • Business Cases Development: Develop business cases, operating models, and financial models while collaborating with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance teams for exciting new products and businesses.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all stakeholders are aligned regarding operational status surrounding product and business lines.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to comprehend the competitive landscape and aid decision-making that sets the strategy and vision for our products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other data analytics tools. They must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously on tight timelines.

A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field, is required. Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently, demonstrates proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
