Job Overview

The Financial Analyst role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and process improvements.

This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process enhancements.

  • Assist in streamlining and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling tasks to drive business growth.
  • Implement process and quality standards across teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a plus
