We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Phil-FIRST Human Resouces and Services (FHRS) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile and verify vendor invoices and payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable specialist or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
