Leadership Role in Data Platforms

We are seeking a talented leader to head our data platform team, which encompasses the entire spectrum of data technologies and storage solutions. This includes big data, NoSQL databases, caching layers, analytics engines, and structured SQL systems like Postgres and MySQL.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams building scalable data infrastructure on Kubernetes and cloud environments
  • Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and lead by example to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Contribute directly to code development when necessary, showcasing expertise in software engineering
  • Effectively communicate with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to set expectations and drive results

Requirements:
