Business Intelligence Developer Role Overview

This is a key position within our organization responsible for designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BI visualization tools, advanced SQL skills, and proven expertise in ETL tools and processes.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions
  • Building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Creating and publishing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and analyze data
  • Writing, debugging, and optimizing complex SQL queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role
  • Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Advanced SQL skills and proven expertise in ETL tools and processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
