About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources such as databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Create data models and calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and usability of reports.
  • Conduct analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to users on Business Intelligence tools and self-service capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence in a data analysis or business capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with databases and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) experience.
  • Proficiency to deliver business insights and create data visualizations.
