BI Developer III: Advanced Business Intelligence Solutions Specialist

This role contributes to the company's strategic goals by:
- Ensuring data accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transferring to new formats
- Providing in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns
- Communicating complex data in a simple, actionable way
- Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs
- Designing and optimizing data pipelines with data engineers
- Leading the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration
- Designing and developing sophisticated reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools
- Driving comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Aligning BI strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with executive leadership
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization in BI processes
- Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
- Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, or similar
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
- Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C-Level
- Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Experience on Snowpipe development is preferred
