Cold Calling Sales Representative Job Description

As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by engaging potential customers and sparking interest in our solutions. You will schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure that all calls meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
  • Scheduling consultations between prospects and the sales team to build relationships and close deals
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer information into our database
  • Representing the company professionally in all conversations with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all calls meet company standards and requirements, including adhering to sales scripts and guidelines
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports on sales activity and progress
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and responsiveness through regular communication and follow-up
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong internet connection and designated professional workspace
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting goals and objectives
