
Accident Claims Specialist

We provide top-notch service to customers involved in motor vehicle accidents, working closely with transport companies, fleet operators, insurers, brokers, and self-insurers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer experience by continuously improving processes and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and leads efficiently.
- Ensure lead conversion performance aligns with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with repairers, tow truck operators, fleet agencies, and assessors to effectively manage the repair process.
- Collaborate with internal departments for streamlined case management.
- Support comprehensive claims coordination, including lodging claims, gathering evidence, and following up on progress.
- Establish liability and initiate recovery from at-fault third-party insurers.
- Arrange replacement vehicles and coordinate logistics for timely delivery or pickup.
- Keep customers informed throughout the claims process and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- A strong background in motor vehicle accident insurance or claims is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or claims support role, preferably with Australian client experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision are necessary.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is crucial for effective communication with Australian customers and partners.
- Experience using CRM or case management tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is advantageous.
