Email Marketing Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability - Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Content & Campaign Creation - Create and refine email templates and content. Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs. Run A/B testing across content and design. Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics - Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns. Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls. Own UTM parameter setup and reporting. Provide insights to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, including experience with email systems, IP/domain management, and ESPs. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
