Senior Construction Support Specialist

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a construction industry background to provide administrative support.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence and reports related to construction projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and on-site teams.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates as needed.
- Conduct research related to construction materials, vendors, and best practices.
- Manage expense reports and assist in budget tracking for construction projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
