Job Title: Leasing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to oversee the leasing operations for our property portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leasing & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants for vacant units.
    • Manage online listings, respond promptly to all inquiries, and conduct virtual or in-person property tours.
    • Follow up with prospective tenants to move them through the leasing pipeline.
  • Tenant Screening & Application Processing:
    • Process rental applications, including conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history.
    • Ensure all screening processes are conducted in strict compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
  • Lease Administration:
    • Prepare, negotiate, and execute all lease agreements and related addenda with high accuracy.
    • Manage the lease renewal process, proactively reaching out to current residents to secure renewals.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity in the property management software.
    • Prepare regular reports on leasing traffic, occupancy rates, and market trends.
    • Conduct market analysis to ensure rental rates are competitive and aligned with market conditions.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
    • Address questions and concerns from prospective tenants in a professional manner.
