Technical Lead Full-Stack Developer

We seek a driven and innovative tech leader to play a pivotal role in crafting impactful solutions for our organization.

As a Technical Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will spearhead the development team in streamlining the integration of third-party software applications with internal data infrastructure. You will critically review existing automation designs and modernize them using microservice architecture principles, ensuring stability and maintainability of the codebase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead developer efforts in automating integration of third-party software applications with internal data infrastructure
  • Critically review existing automation designs and modernize them using microservice architecture principles
  • Ensure stability and maintainability of the codebase
  • Collaborate closely with domain SME teams to implement necessary enrichment and rules for seamless automation integration
  • Provide education and training on software development best practices to non-development team members
  • Present and update designs to fellow developers for review, alignment, and feedback
Qualifications

Core Competencies:

  • 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience across multiple languages (Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js)
  • 2+ years of experience driving software architecture and engineering best practices - Enforces SOLID or clean coding practices to ensure continuous software development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure - Structures codebases for easy maintenance and understanding
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments - Automates infrastructure setup in GitLab using software-as-code approaches (e.g., Terraform)
  • 2+ years of strong communication skills, able to explain, diagram, and document design decisions - Collaborated effectively as a lead or key contributor in team environments

  • Able to coach junior developers

Educational Qualification/s:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
