Katalon, a leading AI-augmented software testing company, seeks a skilled Lead Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our products. As a key product leader, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and champion innovation.

  • Create and execute product strategies that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver high-impact experiences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with highly desirable prior experience in the Testing and Quality Engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
