Product Management Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth in the money movement space. This involves creating innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of customers, businesses, communities, and government agencies alike.

This role demands a product leader who can blend strategic thinking, strong execution, and effective stakeholder engagement to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap to drive growth in the money movement space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that cater to customer needs.
  • Lead the integration of third-party enablers and partner ecosystems into the main platform, ensuring seamless user experience and robust technical implementation.
  • Define and manage product requirements, specifications, product metrics, and solution frameworks aligned with the customer value proposition and business goals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and operations teams for product development and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital payments, banking.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing payment products.
  • High proficiency in Agile methodologies, PDLC, and world-class product management best-practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholder groups, including technical, legal, and commercial.
