We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join our organization and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
