Job Description:

We're seeking a Marketing Development Associate to join our team in a dynamic role that combines relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential healthcare partners, introducing them to our solutions, and creating new opportunities for our client success team.

This role involves connecting with healthcare providers, sparking interest in our platform, and scheduling introductory conversations for our team to showcase how we can reduce burnout, improve documentation, and support better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our solutions and create new opportunities.
  2. Research prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Coordinate introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams to facilitate partnerships and business development.
  4. Track outreach activities and share insights to improve future campaigns and optimize results.
  5. Partner with marketing to execute targeted outreach programs and maximize their impact.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and its applications in sales and marketing.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent language skills and comprehension.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience engaging clinical decision-makers, such as Directors of Nursing or Administrators.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions to provide valuable insights and contributions to our team.

Benefits:

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: $1000-$1100 per month
  • Commission: $4 per booked appointment (Additional $480 per month if targets are hit)
  • Bonus: $40 if goals are achieved
  • Total target monthly compensation: ~$1200-$1400

Work Environment:

Flexible Work Arrangements:

  • First month is a probationary period. If the candidate hits OKRs, a permanent position will be offered.
  • Fully remote work arrangements, with flexible hours aligned with US business hours.
