Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing virtual assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote our products or services.
  • Design workflows and automations in CRM software (Go High-Level) to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level, for workflow automation and data management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
