Drive Luxury Wellness Retreat Marketing Strategy

We're seeking a driven and creative marketing professional to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for our luxury wellness retreat project in Indonesia. You'll take ownership of building the brand's presence, generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales, and driving results that bring this vision to life.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with off-plan villa sales or luxury properties background.
  • Digital marketing strategy expertise, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
