We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Professional to oversee client relationships and drive successful digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry requirements.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through prompt issue resolution and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns, set timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Align campaign execution with client needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, support contract renewals, and propose enhancements that benefit both parties.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that meet client needs.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights, review key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and tools, bringing innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software proficiency is a plus.
