This is a key position in our communications team, which specializes in public relations, reputation management, and brand marketing. We collect and analyze data to help clients develop powerful positioning programs that engage with their audiences and achieve desired goals.

Responsibilities
  • We consult with external clients and recommend research designs that align with business objectives.
  • Our team writes research proposals and works with vendors to develop budget estimates.
  • Primary research instruments such as survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides are created, and clients review and approve these documents.
  • Data analysis, research reports, and oral presentations of findings and conclusions are also part of the responsibilities.
  • Communications solutions are recommended based on research results.
  • Integrated research and analytics assignments include using social and traditional media monitoring and analytics results.
  • Collaboration with internal practice group and industry sector leads ensures the best research is deployed for client success.
  • The collection and synthesis of data across the social PESO spectrum is managed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in various research categories and models.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including sample and survey design, focus group moderation, customer surveys, research, and analysis, as well as measurement principles in consumer research.
  • A results-focused approach and ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract important audience or market insights.
  • Presentation skills are required to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • An analytical and deductive reasoning skillset is necessary to translate findings into meaningful positioning strategies.
