Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Directors and Senior Managers across various accounts.

Your primary objective will be to create meaningful impact on our clients' businesses by delivering exceptional work, developing the capabilities of your team members, and ensuring efficient project delivery.

As a crucial interface between our organization and clients, you will engage in client relationships, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving the preparation of presentations and reports, as well as internal responsibilities such as project management and coaching juniors on tasks specific to the accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts to ensure all account deliverables are met.
  • Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs, including data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports, and workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of deliverables with delegating within the team.
  • Support development and implementation of appropriate solutions to drive meaningful insights for clients' needs and their business.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant quantitative research experience.
  • Educated to a degree level, preferably in marketing or business.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A curious mind and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills.
