Computer literacy is essential for this role, as you will be working with various software and systems to provide top-notch customer care.

What You Will Do

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by listening actively, empathizing, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understanding their concerns, and addressing them professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaints.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in software and systems used in the industry.
