We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Work Services in Clark, Pampanga.

What You Will Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by listening actively, empathizing, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understanding their concerns, and addressing them professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaints.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in software and systems used in the industry.
