Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your main goal will be to resolve their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Your duties may include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Providing excellent service and support to our clients via phone, email, or other communication channels;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also have:

  • A college degree from an accredited institution;
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a customer-facing role;
  • Amenability to work on-site at our Sm Clark Pampanga location;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
