We are seeking a dedicated Care/Provider Navigator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our presence in the healthcare industry by guiding and supporting providers, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and collaboration for improved patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in care coordination, particularly in physical healthcare, and strong cold-calling and email outreach skills. They will also be proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
