Customer Portfolio Director

Arcanys, a leader in outsourcing and offshoring consulting, is seeking a Customer Portfolio Director to manage a portfolio of Australian-based clients who utilize our platforms for financial solutions.
As a key member of the Arcanys team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing your existing client base while effectively promoting additional products through phone and email communication.
Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, utilizing industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions, and meeting specific call metric KPIs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or account management is essential.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with the finance or technology sector.
- Excellent customer service and account management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A high-performing attitude and resilience to adapt to changing market forces and client needs.
- Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
