Supply Chain Management Role

Vault is the national leader of providing highly secure and scalable sovereign cloud capability to governments and critical infrastructure sectors. We pioneered the development of Australia's only sovereign, hyperscale cloud with security at its core, being one of the first cloud organisations to be Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) certified.

As we continue to lead in technological advancements, Vault is now entering a defining phase of growth with a strategic investment that will scale our capabilities and introduce new services. This investment will directly address Australia's strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to strengthen existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, as well as private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage.

We are expanding our corporate team and are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring we source the right components for our cloud infrastructure — on time, at the right cost, and always with excellence.

This role is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home. You'll work closely with our leadership team, including our CFO. At Vault, you'll be part of a mission-driven organisation where innovation, integrity, and collaboration fuel everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the supply chain function: Oversee the full administration and execution of procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Build strong partnerships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance.
  • Drive improvements: Investigate opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process upgrades, and make them happen.
  • Champion compliance: Ensure every activity follows policy and procedure while helping us grow supply chain maturity.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience (ideally in software, hardware, or IT services).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks, compliance, and documentation.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where autonomy and proactivity are valued.
  • Exposure to supply chain software tools — extra edge if you've explored AI-driven solutions.
