Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow to optimize inventory management.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to ensure timely product arrival.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs through supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations to avoid fines and reputational damage.
Ideal Background
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets/Excel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders to streamline supply chain operations.

This role will report to the Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
