Job Overview
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure across multiple locations.
  • Prepare necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices).
  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and validation tasks.
  • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program.
  • Licensed customs broker.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English (C1).
  • Client management experience is a plus.
