Business Solution Designer

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned to client needs.

You will play a key role in shaping how we approach solution design across the region, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

This is a remote-first position based in APJ, with potential for limited international travel for company-wide events and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
