About this role:

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Compliance & Monitoring team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers' messages are compliant with global regulations and industry standards.

This role will involve working closely with other security measures to verify customer accounts, detect and report fraudulent activity, and provide expert guidance on compliance best practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor live message content for potential fraud, spam, and phishing
  • Detect and report suspicious activity, taking appropriate action to block non-compliant accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on new compliance updates and share knowledge with teams across the business
  • Collaborate with support teams to educate customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging practices

What we're looking for:

  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in identifying potential security threats
  • The ability to assess risks and impacts holistically, considering both immediate and long-term consequences
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvements through to fruition
  • Familiarity with live chat, customer ticketing platforms, and CRM systems
