PHP Developer for Demand-Side Platform (DSP)

Coast Technology is seeking a highly skilled PHP developer with expertise in Laravel to lead the development and deployment of a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) supporting real-time bidding and programmatic advertising needs.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code using Laravel and related frameworks. Your primary focus will be on developing a DSP platform that can handle high-volume bidding and auction interactions with various Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs). This role requires close collaboration with in-house and offshore teams to align development with data utilization requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrations between Coast Technology's DSP and various SSPs for seamless ad placements.
  • Collaborate with in-house and offshore teams, including PHP, Laravel, and data-heavy Python teams.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Create robust systems that ensure cost-effective bidding processes for DSP usage.
  • Contribute to code and design reviews to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Required Experience:
    • 5+ years of PHP experience with Laravel expertise.
    • Experience with DSPs, programmatic advertising, or real-time bidding technologies.
    • Familiarity with integrations and interactions with SSPs, CTV, and other programmatic advertising protocols.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in Python for data-heavy applications.
    • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, particularly in OTT/CTV environments.
