Almaskan Alwafi is seeking a skilled professional to design scalable systems, launch process automation and build executive dashboards that drive measurable impact.

This role requires an individual who can simplify complexity, translate business vision into operational processes and deliver results that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map end-to-end processes into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop integrations and automations across the technology stack using Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace/M365.
  • Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, adoption).
  • Source & orchestrate advisory committees / Subject Matter Experts: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Run Proof of Concept → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Experience: 8 years in Business Process Management (BPM)/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks.
  • Remote-readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ based on successful outcomes.
Skills
  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
