We are seeking an experienced and data-driven marketing professional to own and scale our paid media channels. If you're a B2B performance marketer with at least 5 years of experience and a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive real business results – this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
  • Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
