Email Marketing QA Specialist Role

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing QA Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles. They should be able to coordinate task assignments across a team, maintain QA documentation, and ensure compliance protocols are met.

Key qualifications include:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools (e.g., Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, Google/Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and push standards upward. They will also have experience supporting marketing audits and collaborating with legal/privacy teams.

About the Role

This Email Marketing QA Specialist role is responsible for managing task assignments across multiple GrowthAssistants, ensuring on-time delivery and proper prioritization. They will perform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions, and maintain and reinforce QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards.

The successful candidate will also lead weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health, and support recurring audits such as opt-out compliance and pixel/tag verification.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
