Quality Assurance Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations.

  • Manage vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications.
  • Oversee audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports.
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing and updating procedural documentation.
About the Job

This role requires a strong background in QA and GxP auditing, with experience across regulated environments.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
  • Critical thinking and a proactive mindset are essential.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Vendor Qualification Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading daily vendor qualification operations.
  • Managing vendor assessments and qualifications.
  • Coordinating with external auditors.
Broad QA Activities

In addition to vendor qualification, you will also contribute to broader QA activities including:

  • Delivering compliance advice.
  • Conducting internal and external audits.
  • Supporting sponsor audits and inspections.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, we require:

  • A strong knowledge of CRO / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Vendor Management Quality Assurance activities.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
  • Critical thinking and a proactive mindset are essential.
