Unapplied Cash Resolution Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies related to unapplied cash.

  • This role involves reviewing aging regularly to determine if customer payments are duplicates, overpayments, or misallocated.
  • The successful candidate will effectively communicate with internal and external clients to provide clear and consistent information regarding unallocated payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and investigate discrepancies in unapplied cash.
  2. Determine the cause of payment issues and take corrective action.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with collections team members to gather necessary information.
  5. Perform account analysis as required.
  6. Audit support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Accounts Receivable, specifically identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
