Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, with experience in auditing high-volume transactions and presenting data insights to key stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and monitor transactional processes to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Quality Management).
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or process improvement, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
