Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth and Revenue Lead to drive the growth and revenue of our Lazada Sponsored Solutions suite. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness, adoption, and optimization of our AI-powered marketing tools among strategic brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating investment revenue from the agreed portfolio of priority accounts
  • Supervise a team of account managers/PICs to achieve adoption and revenue targets
  • Actively pitch the suite of Sponsored Solutions to acquire new brands and educate them on benefits through customized workshops and trainings
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand/account management or other sales-related experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver pitches to brand partners with varied levels of media knowledge
