Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite Systems Admin)
We seek a detail-oriented, business-savvy professional to support and optimize our core financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- System Administration & Support
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for NetSuite.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
- Provide day-to-day support to Finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly.
- Process Optimization & Automation
- Analyze business processes across Finance, Accounting, and related functions.
- Recommend and implement system improvements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable workflows, custom scripts, and controls.
- Implementation & Projects
- Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways).
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision-making.
- Support monthly/quarterly close activities with system-driven reconciliations and reporting.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement controls to safeguard data integrity and system security.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AR, AP, billing, revenue recognition).
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling, and system integrations preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- SaaS or subscription-based business model experience strongly preferred.
