Acoustic and Vibration Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Acoustic and Vibration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Technology Development group, you will be responsible for delivering acoustic and vibration performance for new products.

  • Work within project teams to achieve optimal product performance through experimental validation and analysis methods.
  • Drive design forward, ensuring correct decisions are made at all stages of the process.
  • Deliver concise and accurate results through computational simulations, experimental tests, or statistical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively assess risks and develop solutions to impact product performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, characterize, and highlight risks in a clear and concise manner.
  • Take ownership of career development and aim for progression into a Subject Matter Expert role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduating by August 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Acoustic engineering or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of acoustic engineering, mechanical vibration, signal processing, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with measurement hardware and software, such as MATLAB and LabVIEW is preferred.
  • Competent in CAD/CAE tools and familiar with the UG and ANSYS suite of products.
