Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, with strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

The Payroll Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in multiple locations.

  1. Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring all calculations are accurate and compliant.
  2. Utilize ADP payroll software to input and manage payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, overtime, and deductions.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all payroll-related data is current and up-to-date.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience, with expertise in running payroll using ADP.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing in the U.S. and California, including understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
