International Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team as an International Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, delivering, and picking up shipments efficiently and effectively.

Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image. This includes attending to customer needs in a friendly and courteous manner, meeting shipment delivery targets, and ensuring pickups are uplifted without misses.

You will also be accountable for providing timely feedback to Team Leaders and Supervisors, following up on customer inquiries, and directing customers to the appropriate department for further information.

In addition, you will collaborate with contractors to address shipments beyond courier capacity urgently, alert team leaders or dispatch officers when contractor assistance is needed, and ensure delivery and pickup meet service standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for generating good sales leads, building rapport with sales teams and customers for ongoing business, and providing feedback on shipment profiles or competitor activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Class 3 Driving License and over 1 year of driving experience, as well as at least 2 years in college.
